  2. Discovery Call

    We meet on video for 20–30 minutes to get to know each other and define the scope of your first project. The call is always free.

  3. Proposal & Contract

    Your proposal and contract arrive within a week of the call. The price matches what’s posted, and one signature puts you on the calendar.

  4. Kick-Off

    The week before your start date, your kick-off email arrives with your project plan. We set your weekly communication flow and site visit day, and we’re off!
