Four types of bathroom renovation

Think about what needs to change. Just the finishes? The vanity and toilet? The tile and tub? The walls themselves? Your answers determine which of the four types you need. The number to look at is the estimated project total. It’s the all-in price: our flat design fee plus construction and materials.

Styling (3 weeks)

Fixture Refresh (4 weeks)

Design fee: $7,200
Construction & materials: $6,500–$15,000

A new vanity, sink, and/or toilet, plus the full styling treatment — no tile work.

Partial Renovation (8 weeks)

$25,000–$45,000

Design fee: $15,500
Construction & materials: $9,500–$29,500

A custom tile plan, a new shower or tub, new fixtures, and styling — your layout stays put.

Full Renovation (9 weeks)

$45,000–$60,000

Design fee: $17,500
Construction & materials: $27,500–$42,500

A new layout — we move plumbing and walls where they need to go, rebuild the room around it, and draw the full plan in AutoCAD.
